AUTUMN EDITION
Available from November 10th to January
PISTACHIO CARAMEL
White shortbread, pistachio ganache, pistachio pralines, puffs with caramel mousse and dry caramel, salted caramel and pistachio mousse.
VANILLA BIGNÈS
Cream puffs with craqulin, vanilla custard, vanilla mousse and powdered sugar.
CHOCOLATE COCONUT
Chocolate shortbread, soft chocolate, dark chocolate ganache, coconut mousse, fat dark chocolate and B’ chocolate.
MERINGUA LEMON
White shortbread, lemon curd and Italian meringue.
CHOCOLATE BIGNÈS
Cream puffs with cocoa craqulin, chocolate custard and vanilla mousse.
COFFEE MASCARPONE
Coffee shortbread, coffee finanziera, coffee cooked ganache, mascarpone and cocoa mousse.
DARK CHOCOLATE
White shortbread, dark ganache and grated dark chocolate.
