WHEN IS THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ACTIVE?

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTIVE FROM TUESDAY TO SUNDAY, FROM 10 AM TO 2 PM and FROM 5 PM TO 9 PM. YOU CAN CONTACT US:

HOW DO I BOOK A RESERVATION?

RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. THIS IS BECAUSE DURING THE BOOKING PHASE, WE ASK YOU TO ENTER YOUR VARIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES / INTOLERANCES AND TO CHOOSE YOUR TASTING MENU. WE ALSO ASK YOU TO LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DATA AND A DEPOSIT, WHICH WE USE TO PROTECT THE RESTAURANT IN CASE OF A NO SHOW.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY / INTOLERANCE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, SO THAT THE KITCHEN TEAM CAN ORGANIZE TO CREATE A CUSTOM MENU THAT SUITS YOUR NEEDS. HOWEVER THERE ARE SOME ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETS THAT WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE:

  • LACTOSE;
  • VINEGAR;
  • GARLIC;
  • VEGAN DIETS;
DO I NEED TO SELECT A WINE TASTING MENU WHEN I BOOK MY RESERVATION?

YOU ARE NOT OBLIGED TO SELECT YOUR WINE TASTING AT THE TIME OF BOOKING; YOU CAN CHOOSE THE WINE PAIRINGS DIRECTLY AT THE RESTAURANT, IN CONSULTATION WITH OUR STAFF, WHO WILL WISELY ADVISE YOU BASED ON OUR SELECTIONS AND YOUR PREFERENCES.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK MY RESERVATION?

AFTER BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN MAIL, IT MEANS THAT YOUR RESERVATION HAS NOT YET BEEN CONFIRMED.

I MADE A RESERVATION BUT SOMETHING HAS COME UP AND I AM NO LONGER AVAILABLE THAT DAY.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

TO CANCEL OR MOVE YOUR RESERVATION PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL OR CALL THE RESTAURANT AT LEAST 24H BEFORE THE DAY OF THE RESERVATION.

I WANT TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR MY RESERVATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL OR CALL AT LEAST 24H BEFORE THE DAY OF THE RESERVATION.

WHAT DOES THE MENU CONSIST OF?

WE OFFER TWO DIFFERENT TASTING MENUS:

  • 20 COURSES (170 €);
  • 25 COURSES (200 €);
IS THERE AN A LA CARTE MENU?

AT BROS’, WE NO LONGER OFFER AN A LA CARTE MENU.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DURATION OF THE DINING EXPERIENCE?

THE DURATION OF THE DINING EXPERIENCE WILL VARY ACCORDING TO YOUR SELECTED TASTING MENU:

  • 2.30-3h FOR THE 20 COURSE MENU;
  • 3.30-4h FOR THE 25 COURSE MENU
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PRICE PER DINNER?

THE AVERAGE PRICE PER DINER VARIES, STARTING FROM A MINIMUM OF €170 AND INCREASING ACCORDING TO THE CHOICE OF WINE OR WINE PAIRING.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS IN ORDER TO GIFT THE BROS’ EXPERIENCE?

OF COURSE. TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD, PLEASE GO TO THE DEDICATED “GIFT CARD” SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE. ONCE PURCHASED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CODE VIA EMAIL. THE PERSON RECEIVING OR USING THE GIFT CARD MUST INSERT THE CODE IN THE “NOTES” SECTION WHEN BOOKING THEIR RESERVATION.

WE ARE A GROUP OF MORE THAN 4 DINNERS, WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

FOR GROUPS OF OVER 4 PEOPLE, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL AND YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION. 

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

THE BROS ‘RESTAURANT IS OPEN FROM WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY, OFFERING LUNCH SEATINGS FROM 12 TO 13, AND DINNER SEATINGS FROM 20 TO 21.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

BROS’ IS LOCATED INSIDE THE HISTORIC CENTER OF LECCE, AND LOCATED INSIDE THE LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PARK NEAR THE RESTAURANT, BUT GUESTS CAN PARK ABOUT 3-400m AWAY NEAR THE “CINEMA MASSIMO” WHERE THERE ARE PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE FOR A SMALL FEE.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

AT BROS’, WE DO NOT ENFORCE ANY PARTICULAR DRESS CODE,  FEEL FREE TO BE YOURSELF. 

CAN WE COME WITH CHILDREN?

WE ACCEPT CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE. PLEASE INFORM US ABOUT THEIR POSSIBLE PRESENCE

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED AT BROS’?

YES, ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT BROS’. WHEN BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE NOTIFY THE RESTAURANT WHAT TYPE OF ANIMAL IT IS AND HOW MUCH IT WEIGHS.
